Booking Policies

By securing an appointment you are agreeing to our terms and policies.


Please read before paying your deposit as they are non-refundable.

We are completely mobile and plan our schedule and routes ahead of time so cancellations and reschedules greatly affect our ability to provide services.

  • Before scheduling an appointment online please call, text, or e-mail us to confirm availability to your area.

  • Client communication must be received in a timely manner or we will not be able to provide services to you.

  • Appointment confirmations are sent out  the morning the day before appointments. For example, if you appointment is Friday, a confirmation message will me sent Thursday morning. Please respond before 7pm the day you get our message or your appointment will be cancelled. We will make all reasonable attempts to reach you before cancelling your appointment.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us no later than 48 hours before you appointment.

  • Deposits hold the date & time and are not transferred to the new date if you reschedule.

  • We will arrive up to 10 minutes before your appointment start time to setup our kit. If you are not home when we arrive, we will wait up to 15 minutes after the appointment start time without an additional fee. An additional fee of $25 is incurred if you are more than 15 minutes late. After 20 minutes we will leave and you will be invoiced for the service total.

  • If you no-call-no show, we will not be able to service you in the future.


  • A $15 deposit is required for all first time appointments.
  • We  only keep small batches of ingredients and product is reserved for each client. Some ingredients are mixed ahead of time.
  • If you cancel your appoint with less than 24 hour notice the service total will be invoiced. Please contact us in case of an emergency if you can't make your appointment.


  • A deposit of $25  per person is required for all hair & makeup appointments.
  • Balances are due 72 hours before the event date. Same and next day appointments are due at booking.
  • All members receiving services must be present at the time outlined in the timeline we send you.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a service if the member receiving service is not present.
  • If we are able to stay, an additional $50 per 30 minutes after the scheduled end time is added to the total.
  • Talk to your stylist if you or someone in your party is running late.


  • Payments for deposits can be made on our booking site here.
  • Balances can be paid by Zelle at no additional charge or by invoice with a 4% service fee.
  • If you are to pay balance in full we will let you know during our initial phone call.
